How to use it
Open your Customers page
Log in at customers.boostbusiness.ai and go to Customers in the left menu.
Import a customer
Click Import Customers, then choose Manual Entry to add one by hand.
Enter name, email, and phone
Add their first name and at least an email or a mobile number so we can reach them.
Save the customer
Hit Save. They now appear in your customer list, ready for a review request.
Request a review
Click Request a Review, choose Email or Text, and send. You can schedule it for later too.
Watch reviews roll in
The request (and any reminders) go out automatically. New reviews appear under Reviews.
